MTG was founded on the priniciples that we would bring a general contractor approach to the subcontractor market. Both founders of MTG have a commercial general contractor background which helps us bring the best possible experience to the GC from the pre-construction process to project closeout.

Leadership Team
Matt graduated from Auburn University in 2005. He has previously worked for both large and small commercial contractors in the Nashville Area. His last leadership role was Director of Pre-construction at WellSpring Builders. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Tony graduated from University of Tennessee Chattanooga in 2016. He was previously a Estimator/Project Manager for a local construction company. When Tony is not at work he enjoys spending time with his wife and son.
